Do you ever feel like you don’t have time to relax and work out? Yoga can be both. I can help you set aside an hour daily, weekly, or even monthly, where we focus solely on you. Working together, we can shape a class around your specific needs. 

You have the right to invest the energy of loving kindness into yourself every week. Our sessions are something shift beyond a simple workout or stretch. Yoga is for your mind-body as much as it is for your physical body. 

Our work together will enliven your personal practice with yogic wisdom, in-depth meditation and supplemental elements that will ground and grow your life journey. We offer a layered experience of self-connection, acceptance, and gratitude to every session

Private

In private sessions, we can work on any combination of flexibility, strength, balance, stamina, relaxation, meditation, mindfulness, self-love, passive stretching, and more! Group Classes are great, but with individualized attention, you will start to see improvements in your practice faster and with more ease.

Sharing space with friends and loved ones is an important part of your life's journey. In semi-private sessions (with up to three participants) we focus on personal goals as well as the energetic synergy that flows between our closest companions.

Layered Living

When life seems like a never ending task of unrelated chores, obligations, and activity, we must step back and realize that it IS all related. Through a layered living mindset, we learn to honor all the subtle connections that thread our lives into one loving, cohesive expression of who we are. The goal is to be just as we are, and allow every element of life to come full-circle. 

Relaxation Rituals

The word “ritual” is often wrought with either religious or negative connotations. However, rituals are simply the acts, customs, habits, and observances that we make on a routine basis throughout our lives. Mindfully, when we bring awareness to our personal rituals, we allow time for connection, growth, and being.  Yoga allows us to observe, replace, and construct new routines that better serve us and support what we really want in life. They are an important practice that lend love, ceremony, and greater presence to how we make taking care of ourselves a priority. How do you commune in self-love?
