30 Thoughts To Jumpstart Your Month

If we only had one thought each day, how would you curate 30 thoughts to jumpstart your month? Affirmations and meditations have a way of inspiring us toward pivotal change with simple, intentional messages. Obviously, one thought a day doesn’t quite function IRL. However, we CAN direct our attention to one leading thought per day. Think of it as a theme; each day let this one thought be persistent in guiding everything else that you encounter. You’ll still have about 6,200 thoughts and make around 35,000 choices like you do every day*. BUT, your mind will filter everything through the lens of the one thought you’ve consciously dedicated to latch on to.

Inspirations & Meditations

There are a variety of types of meditations to try and sources of inspiration are literally everywhere if we look for them. In this post, I am supplying you with 30 thoughts that gel with your yogic goals and can serve as daily affirmations. If you journal, take one thought per day and pen about it. If you meditate daily, read the affirmation and take that thought into your quiet time. The truth is, just reading one positive thing a day that really resonates with you can change your life.
