Bad Day?

Was it a Bad Day? No worries Beautiful! Difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations. The best is yet to come, so hang in there.

💝 Dear Friend,

I hope this letter finds you well, and if it doesn’t, then I hope it at least finds you with a smile on your face. You are a light in this world, and I feel grateful to have you in my life.

I know that life can be tough sometimes, and even yogis have bad days. But remember, “The secret of change is to focus all of your energy, not on fighting the old, but on building the new” – Socrates. So, let’s focus on building a new, brighter day.

In yoga, we learn to find peace within ourselves, to connect with our breath and let go of our worries. And even though we can’t always control what happens to us, we can control how we react to it. So, take a deep breath and know that you are loved and supported.

As the great yogi B.K.S. Iyengar once said, “Love is a light that shines from heart to heart, illuminating the pathway of life.” And your light shines so bright, my friend. I want you to know that I am here for you, through the ups and downs, the twists and turns. Let’s continue to support each other, to laugh and cry together, to celebrate each other’s victories and comfort each other during the defeats.

Because, in the end, love is what makes this life worth living. And I am so grateful to have you as a friend and to share this journey with you. So, whenever you feel down or lost, remember these words from the great yogi, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, “Love is not an emotion, it is your very existence.”

You exist in my heart, my friend. And I love you.

“Every day may not be good, but there is something good in every day.”

– Alice Morse Earle

Namaste.
