      • The Householder PathIn the midst of our bustling lives, the Householder Path allows us to seamlessly integrate spirituality into our daily routines. It’s a profound journey of balance, resilience, and personal growth, harmonizing family, work, and spiritual aspirations. This involves embracing both family life and spiritual practice. Unlike the ascetic or renunciant path, where individuals withdraw from worldly responsibilities, here, we engage in family and societal duties while pursuing spiritual growth. Here are some common duties and characteristics associated with the yogi householder path: Family and Social Responsibilities: Householders are expected to fulfill their duties towards their families, including spouses, children, parents, and extended family members. This involves providing emotional, financial, and physical support. Dharma (Righteous Living): Practitioners on the householder path follow the principles of dharma, which encompass moral, ethical, and social responsibilities. They strive to live a righteous life, adhering to moral codes that promote harmony and balance. Work and Livelihood: Householders engage in work or professions to sustain themselves and their families. The work should be ethical, contribute positively to society, and align with one’s skills and interests. Gratitude and Contentment: Practitioners on the householder path cultivate gratitude for what they have and practice contentment (santosh). Rather than constantly…
    • Mental HealthA person’s mental health, although unseen by the naked eye is the predominant catalyst for everything in their life. It includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. Thus, determines how we think, feel, and act. In this game of life, it is THE major player in how we experience, navigate, and cope with life and all that it entails. Know this, we are all experiencing this human condition together. I believe in meeting people where they’re at, serving them with a person-centered approach, and reminding them that solutions and possibilities abound. Mental health is a pivotal part of total health and wellness. In this section, you will find articles and tools that touch on various aspects of mental health and options on how to cope with the different elements that they may bring into your life. It is my intention to share this information in an accessible, loving, and non-judgemental way. I ask that as you browse, you remember to treat yourself first and foremost with love and understanding. As always, this is a shame-free zone. Before you explore, recognize that you are already 100% whole, just as you are.
      • Addiction RecoveryAddiction is a progressive condition that slowly undermines everything else; It affects individuals, families, and society at large. And it’s within reach for you, your loved ones, and for the generations of your family to come. In this section, you will find information, articles, and tools for understanding, coping with, and recovering from what is commonly known in therapeutic circles as “the family disease”. • Spiritual FitnessThe aspects of spiritual and metaphysical health are separate and equally important facets of our overall health. Spiritual health encompasses our experiential development. This includes the practices that we utilize on our journey toward connection and self-discovery. In conjunction with that, our metaphysical health encompasses our philosophical orientation to, and reasoning behind, our connections to the meaning of our existence. Consequently, these themes work together by expanding, evolving, and integrating perspectives. Articles and information from a variety of pantheons are available here. Use these offerings to build a bridge. Explore concepts and terms from around the world. Notice the many ways that humans have developed to describe and experience their spiritual and metaphysical health. Allow that to enrich your own journey.

Yoga Business Resources (Page 4)

Yoga Business Resources for the modern yogipreneur. Here you will find blogs, lists, downloads, and more tailed for yoga business owners. These selections are intended to support your journey both on and off the mat. As business owners, we have a spiritual duty to integrate our practice with the work we do in the business world. With that in mind, you will notice that I often draw awareness to the distinctions between student, teacher, and business owner. I’ve done this intentionally because I want your personal practice, your teachings, AND your business to thrive. So, who are you in this moment? From total clarity, we create amazing things.

Browse around and see what draws your attention first. Sometimes, what we’re looking for, isn’t really what we need. When we choose to enter the business world, it’s important to nourish our inner yogi, so that she too will continue to grow, share, and shine. If you’re looking for something specific that you can’t find on the Yoga Business Resources page, you can try using the search bar, or e-mail me and I may be able to help. For now, lean into what you need and let the rest dissolve.
