Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, this challenge is perfect for anyone looking to deepen their yoga experience and connect with like-minded individuals.

  • Plank holds increase throughout the month. Take rest days for recovery and reflection whenever you need.
  • The most active participant in the challenge will receive a special gift! 🎁
  • Tag your favorite yogi or studio to see their progress alongside yours.

Daily Focus Points

Foundation and Form (Days 1-5): Start with basic planks to build a strong foundation and focus on proper form.Building Endurance (Days 6-10): Gradually increase the duration of your holds and introduce slight variations.Introducing Movement (Days 11-15): Add dynamic elements like hip dips and shoulder taps to challenge your stability.Increasing Challenge (Days 16-20): Explore more challenging variations to further strengthen your core. Advanced Variations (Days 21-25): Push your limits with advanced plank variations and longer hold times. Mastery and Endurance (Days 26-30): Test your endurance and mastery of the plank pose with a final challenge day.
