We never really know what’s going to come our way as plans, presents, and postures swirl around. Holiday yoga is on point because it offers you the opportunity to keep self-care at the forefront of your daily activities. Slow down. Sit with yourself. Check-in and make sure your cup is full before turning your awareness to others. Remember, self-care isn’t selfish. Additionally, even if you really can’t make it to your mat, maybe now is the time to indulge in the other aspects of your practice. Sink into some philosophy before bed.
