As a Brain Longevity Specialist certified by the Alzheimer’s Research & Prevention Foundation and a trained mental health counselor, I’ve witnessed firsthand the transformative power of working with the brain. This journey has deepened my appreciation for the active role our thoughts and outlook play in healing and thriving. In my experience, all plainly emphasize the importance of mind-body wellness.
