It’s okay to encounter moments of depletion. We’re human. It happens…even when we feel like it shouldn’t. Maybe a moment of depletion is what you needed to actually stop and tune back into yourself. When we fall into old conditioned traps of forcing ourselves, self-sacrificing, and going-and-going until all our inner oomph is gone, we’ve traveled away from our mindful intentions.
