Not only do we GET TO do this, but we have all the wisdom and tools of our value set behind us to support the process. And then, we get to circle back to that time and again. Depleted Yogi’s Can’t Transmit The Messages

It’s okay to encounter moments of depletion. We’re human. It happens…even when we feel like it shouldn’t. Maybe a moment of depletion is what you needed to actually stop and tune back into yourself. When we fall into old conditioned traps of forcing ourselves, self-sacrificing, and going-and-going until all our inner oomph is gone, we’ve traveled away from our mindful intentions. It is what it is, and we GET to pull it all back in. Dial it down. Take the time that it takes. Get clear. Reset the pace that breathes life into peace.

Be mindful.

Stay well.

Get Connected.

Namaste.
