This session is designed to help you feel centered, safe, and empowered as you embark on this path of renewal.
Setting Intentions

Take a moment to reflect on why you’ve chosen to join this program. Ask yourself:- What do I hope to release?
- What do I hope to gain?
- How do I want to feel at the end of this journey?
- Write your answers in a journal or speak them aloud. Let your intentions be a guiding light for the work ahead.
- Affirm Your Commitment
Repeat this affirmation silently or aloud:

Grounding Practices
Grounding is essential for stabilizing your emotions and creating a sense of safety as you begin to explore your inner world. Here are two simple yet powerful practices to help you feel rooted and supported:
- Breath Awareness Exercise
- Sit comfortably with your feet flat on the ground or lie down. Close your eyes if it feels safe.
- Inhale deeply through your nose for a count of four, hold for a count of four, and exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of six.
- With each exhale, imagine your breath anchoring you to the earth. Repeat for five minutes.
