Nurturing Your Aliveness: The Practice of Embodiment

The Practice of Embodiment is a process that teaches us how to embrace and nurture our sense of aliveness. In the busyness of our lives, it’s easy to get caught up in the whirlwind of responsibilities, deadlines, and external expectations.
