What Is The Next Step?

What is the next step, the next best and right action that moves you forward? You already know the answer. It’s in there somewhere and your highest self is simply waiting for you to tune in and listen. Admittedly, there is always a lot to do. The student within is always learning. The teacher within is always planning. And, the entrepreneur within is innovating at every turn. All of these things are okay. However, we can only be fully present, committed, and effective when we’re doing one thing at a time. Get centered and identify the next most important thing.

Circle Back

Whatever is weighing on your mind, allow it to dissolve for a few moments. The impulse to move forward can be admirable but the gridlock of overwhelm keeps us stuck. Circle back to the most fundamental action that matters most right now. Sometimes, we serve ourselves best when we can admit that some things will have to wait. There is time to manifest everything that is meant to manifest. However, we serve ourselves and others best when we take the time that it takes to cultivate each offering with the time and attention that it requires. Sometimes, all we need is the right meditation prompts to bring all the layers of ourselves back into alignment. Take it to the mat and see what happens. 

Some things can wait.

Some things can not.

I can tell the difference.

It all matters. 

I can see through the fog with precision.

With clarity, I find my way.

I am breathing.

I am safe.

Alignment taps me into infinite wisdom.
