Yoga For Brain Longevity

After hosting our first installment of the March Yoga for Brain Longevity® series, many of you were interested in learning more. So if you’re planning to join us in the following weeks, and would like to continue exploring on your own, here are some links to suggested resources. Take a few moments to familiarize yourself with the information available at Alzhemiersprevention.org. While you’re there, consider taking both the Memory and Stress Quizzes to get a clear idea of where you’re at. From there, we can better understand ourselves and the areas for growth in our lives for optimal success.

Kirtan Kriya
